SHAREMOUSE ALTERNATIVE FOR MAC INSTALL
In this scenario, if your task is more of looking, less of interacting (for instance, writing a report by looking data on a sheet) you won’t need to install any other software.
By doing so you will be able to use the main Mac to manipulate the secondary one, which could be useful to put it in a position that using its keyboard and/or trackpad is uncomfortable, or it one of both devices are defective. On the main computer, open the Screen Sharing app (with Alt+Space) and enter secondary computer IP address (Tip: you can check quickly that info by clicking on Wi-Fi button holding Option key). To activate it, open on the secondary computer System Preferences, Sharing and tick Remote Management box. MacOS has already baked in a native VNC solution, dubbed Remote Management.
